This weekend—our third year of ACTS retreats in the San Fernando Valley tri-parish community of Santa Rosa, St. Ferdinand, and Mary Immaculate—we closed the year with our sixth men’s ACTS retreat. Welcome home brothers!
The Fall Fest Dinner Dance helped ACTS to raise funds in order to support financially the combined efforts of the LA Mobile Food Bank and the St. Ferdinand Outreach Center in providing food to the hungry families of our tri-parish community.

Every year our tri-parish community celebrates by driving out to the San Buenaventura State Beach where we participate in faith, food, and fun with Mass in the beautiful sunshine of Southern California. Last year a few of us from ACTS participated, but this year the ACTS community was out in big numbers. Take a look at these photos taken by our own Danny Lopez.
Who said raising money had to be difficult? Bunco is a great game of chance and provides for fun and fellowship all while helping ACTS to raise money for our ministry.
The men from our latest ACTS retreat gathered to pray together, sing together, and make a commitment to get involved in parish life.
Volunteers from our ACTS community helping to distribute food to families in need in our tri-parish community. This is a monthly effort and continuous support will be needed to feed these families.
Our first retreat at the new retreat center was a success, proving that ACTS is here to stay in Southern California.
